About NY Web Entrepreneurs ( NextWeb New York )

This Meetup serves many different functions:

First, it is designed for people (entrepreneurs, web 2.0 enthusiasts, business owners, etc) who want to start a business, or expand one that is currently active, and are seeking new business partners, employees, potential clients, and/or to share ideas pertaining to their business(es).

Next, the group focuses upon the latest Internet trends, including Web 2.0, Social Networking, and Social Media through presentations given by CEOs or members of the head development team(s). Each presentation is followed by a Q&A session. Further discussions (in an informal setting) allow attendees to discuss activities amongst themselves.

Finally, if you want to become part of the New York tech scene and learn about/experience what Web 2.0, Social Media, and Social Networking is all about, this is the perfect event for you!
