Before moving permanently to the USA in June of 2006, David spent 26 years in international banking based variously with US and Swiss banks in the UK, Singapore and Australia, during which time he became a world leader in his field of expertise: cross border leasing for aircraft. David ran teams based in New York and Tokyo
from London and has extensive team-management experience. Throughout his banking career, David has always been actively engaged in new business development, though he was also responsible for managing portfolios of loan assets significantly in excess of $1 billion in value.

David?s extensive international finance experience encompasses expertise in many disciplines such as International Business Development, Cross-Border Negotiations, Organizational Development, Global Team Management, Corporate & Asset Based Banking, Global Structured Finance, Portfolio/Risk Management Project Leadership and Underwriting and Syndication of loan assets.

In 2001, David established his own consultancy business in the UK specialising in raising finance for small and medium-sized business in that market. Additionally, he set up a major residential real estate franchise business which became one of the fastest growing franchise businesses in the UK during 2004/5.

Since arriving in the US, David has been working specifically with small businesses advising them how to raise capital.
