If it were possible to dramatically increase profits in your business OR grow the business with a lot of new customers, which would be more important to you?

New customers. A lot of my customers now are repeat (which is good) but I need to expand my reach.

What are your biggest frustrations or worries in business?

Just being able to make the black numbers appear in the ledger. Everything else is second to being able to stay in business.

Do you think a lot of your ad dollars are wasted?

No. I try to market on the cheap / free.

Are you happy with the results you're getting from your advertising and marketing?

Yes, but I want to do more to market to "non-tech" clients and diversify.
